So, without further ado, let’s meet our fabulous team starting with Director, Fiona Lowry!
Fiona manages the Perth showroom and was also instrumental in setting up the Company’s second showroom in Edinburgh. She possesses a wealth of experience in the Bathroom and Kitchen industries, approaching a total of over 18 years. She also shares the vision for the business with colleagues and has played a key part in both the impressive growth achieved and the outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction.
As well as managing the Perth showroom and team, Fiona undertakes customer surveys, meets with customers and liaises with suppliers, designs fabulous spaces. She also possesses strong creative and marketing skills which are utilised to good effect across the business.
Exemplary customer relationship skills are paramount and Fiona combines these skills to great effect along with expert product knowledge, making friends as well as customers along the way.
Her infectious enthusiasm and passion are evident and dealing with customers and she adds considerable value by offering a broad range of innovative ideas to turn their own vision into reality. If you are looking for something in particular, Fiona will know which supplier to turn to.
Outside of her role at The Bathroom Company, Fiona is a devoted mum of two and spends her spare time taking them to activities and having fun.
Her hobbies include dancing, walking and a wide range of sports including badminton.
Surprise fact – Fiona is also a part-time children’s author promoting positive thinking and the Law of Attraction for children through her books. Fiona’s first book “Franco and the Green Light Fairy” has enjoyed huge success and is loved by all children (and adults) who read it. She is currently working on her next books which are due to be released in the very near future.
