Design Brief
We were approached by a lovely couple, who found us via our website, to create a beautiful, accessible bathroom within a relatively modest space. Our client chose The Bathroom Company after hearing of our reputation for “good service and attention to detail”.
Our client’s previous room was for them, no longer fit for purpose and required an overhaul to make the bathroom more accessible. In addition to functional improvements our client also wanted a complete re-design of the space to make the room more modern and luxurious.
As always, we started our design process with a site visit to get a feel for the space which gives us inspiration for our designs as well as ensuring we gain a detailed understanding of our client’s requirements, preferences and aspirations.
We then invited our client into our showroom for a consultation meeting with our designers. This meeting allows us to fully understand our customers’ needs and we are able to explore different ideas, to get a sense of their unique style and taste.
Our talented designers then use state-of-the-art 4D technology to design and visually show our client exactly how their new room is going to look once completed. We can even sample in real wall papers into the design, making it totally realistic.

One of the key functional objectives of this project was to make sure the bathroom was accessible.

Our client’s individual needs were at the heart of our design and we have a great choice of options available to make using the bathroom easier. We incorporated a level access shower tray, wall mounted WC, a built-in shower seat and multiple handrails in our design to ensure our client felt secure and at ease whilst enjoying their new space.
As always, our bathrooms are installed by our experienced in-house installation teams. Our client said our installation team was “Kind, tidy and took care of the dogs, during the time, making them feel comfortable too”. We believe that it’s our attention to detail and complete respect for our client’s homes that makes us different.
