A win for our sister company at the inaugural Scottish Home and Interiors Awards.
We are really pleased to confirm that our sister company LW Haddow Plumbing, Heating and Electrical was crowned as Scotland’s Best Plumbing and Heating Contractor at the inaugural Scottish Home and Interiors Awards at a fabulous ceremony in Glasgow. The Bathroom Company was a Finalist and we’re also rather pleased with that.
The team at LW Haddow were made finalists after a vigorous public voting period earlier in the Summer and winners were evaluated on both company practices and customers’ reviews and feedback.
Event Manager Emma Bashford spoke jubilantly of the reception the awards have had and the particular satisfaction of seeing so much excitement and anticipation on the part of the finalists. “The passion and dedication behind this industry was startlingly clear. It was a room of hard working, dedicated teams and individuals, excited to leave with the recognition and appreciation they deserve.”
The Scottish Home Improvement Awards aim to celebrate the very best organisations supporting home improvements across Scotland.
LW Haddow Director, Mark Haddow, said “We were really pleased to be selected as a Finalist and absolutely made up to be a Winner. Thanks to everyone for voting and supporting us – we’re delighted to be officially Scotland’s Best Plumbing and Heating Contractor. This award means a lot. We’re very proud of our whole team and more than a little bit humbled by the support we’ve been given.”

Family owned business, LW Haddow has been providing a comprehensive plumbing and heating services across Scotland for businesses and homeowners for over 30 years. In addition to traditional plumbing and heating services, the team also provides electrical, leadwork and a range of renewable energy solutions including biomass. The LW Haddow team has recently been strengthened by the acquisition of Perthshire Biofuels, who have been working alongside LW Haddow for over a decade.
